Shelby Jean Fletcher Rouda, 82, of Belton, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Born October 13, 1936 in Pelzer, SC, she was a daughter of the late Claude Henry and Estelle Virginia Buffington Fletcher. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Errett Carlisle Rouda, Sr. and six siblings. Shelby retired from BASF and loved spending time with her family. She attended River Street Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Errett Carlisle Rouda, Jr.; daughters, Janet Rouda (Daryl Fenoff) and Elizabeth Gayle Rouda; four grandchildren, Brandon Hiott, Lindsay Hiott, Nicholas Alewine and Eric Alewine. The memorial service will be in the chapel at 10:00am, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Greene officiating.
