Shirley Faye Roland Glenn, age 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at AnMed Medical Center.

Born September 23, 1950, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Henry Willie Roland and Lou Ellen Jordan Gentry. She was married for over 53 years to William S. Glenn, Sr. until his death in 2024. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Roland, Larry Roland, and Benny Roland.

Shirley was a devoted military wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family fiercely. She had a compassionate heart, was full of forgiveness and understanding. She enjoyed shopping and always took pride in her appearance. Shirley was a member of Asbury Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Glenn (Christie) and William S. "Will" Glenn, Jr. (Sandie) and; grandchildren, Bryceson Glenn, Brooklyn Glenn, and Ja'Lyric Patterson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 11:00-11:45 am at Asbury Baptist Church. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm with Rev. DeLennon Stowe officiating. A private committal will be held at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
