Blue Ridge Street, Pendleton, SC, died Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born in Anderson, SC on January 29, 1937, Mrs. Ladd was a daughter of the late James Vasco Moore and Eunice Fricks Moore. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Pendleton, SC, where she attended the Ruby Drennon Sunday School class. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Calvin Ladd of the home; son, Wayne Ladd and his wife, Karen of Pendleton, SC; brothers, Larry Moore and Charles Moore, both of Pendleton, SC; two grandchildren, Jeremy Ladd and his wife, Nicole and Kayla Ladd and her fianc', Travis Smith.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Brown, a brother, Harold Moore and stepmother, Dora Moore.The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Faith Fellowship Church officiated by the Reverend Jimmy Cox and Reverend Leonard Spohn. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens in Clemson, SC.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Mrs. Ladd will be placed in the church at 1:00 pm on Thursday.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
