Shirley Hall Owen, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC on August 4, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Lenn Leo Hall and the late Alma Ruth Fulbright Hall. She is survived by her loving husband, Morris Neil Owen; a daughter, Lynn Cook and her husband Ray of Anderson, SC; a sister, Jo Fellers and her husband Bobby, of Anderson, SC; and one grandson, Anthony Neil Cook.
