Shirley Grace Soulvie Weber, age 89, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Rainey Hospice House.

Born October 2, 1934, in Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of the late George Soulvie and Gertrude French Soulvie. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Vincent Mangani; second husband, John Weber; brother, George Soulvie; and sisters, Ruth Cribb and Nancy Wagner.

Shirley enjoyed word games, gardening, and flowers. She was known to make the best sauce. She loved her dog Ruby and her family who meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, James Mangani (Stacey) of Anderson, SC; daughters, Holly Barton (Charlie) of Anderson, SC, and Valerie Donhauser (Ken) of Easley, SC; sister, Irma Raetz of Phoenix, AZ; and granddaughter, Gillian Palmer (Jackson) of Rochester, NY.
