Born in Minerva, OH, on January 12, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Lester Cook and Irene Knolf Cook. Mrs. Wingerter was a Medical Technician.Survivors include her husband, Ray Wingerter, of the home; and twelve children: Judy Marie Myers, Gary Lee Wingerter, Gail Lynn Wingerter, Karen Elaine Clark, Terry Alan Wingerter, Dennis Dee Wingerter, Shirley Jean Wingerter, Lindsey Ray Wingerter, Patrick Joseph Wingerter, Jan Wingerter, Timmy Wingerter, and J.
