Stacy S. Minyard, age 58, of Anderson, SC, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, November 15, 2021, at Rainey Hospice House. Born November 8, 1963, in Greenwood, she was a daughter of William Ellis Southerland and Barbara Stroud Southerland. Stacy was a member of First Baptist Church of Anderson. She cherished her family time spent with her children. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and sports. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee Minyard; son, Daniel Kyle Minyard of Anderson; daughters, Jourdan Elizabeth Minyard and Anna Logan Minyard Dickson (Logan) both of Anderson; brother, Scott Southerland (Kristy) of Belton; sister, Susan Brown (Stan) of Iva; and a nephew, several nieces, a great niece, and great nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 18, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at 3:30 pm at First Baptist Church of Anderson with Dr. Josh Hunt officiating.
