He was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Dillard retired from K-Mart.Survivors include his wife of nearly thirty-four years, Myra Bowen Dillard; daughter, Heather Puffer and husband, Lee, of Cumming, GA; son, Kenneth Dillard of the home; brother, Richard Dillard and wife, Edith, of Pacolet, SC; and two grandchildren: Micayla and Kyle.The Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at M.J. 'Dolly' Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
