STEVE DAVIS June 1, 1953 - January 8, 2013 STARR, SC Steven A. Davis, born June 1, 1953, beloved husband of Pam Branyon Davis, father, papa and father-in-law went to his Heavenly Home on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center, surrounded by his family. Mr. Davis is the son of Vivian Davis of Anderson and the late Cecil L. Davis. A graduate of T.L. Hanna High School, Steve was a co-owner of Beverage Systems Inc. along with his life-long friends, Steve and Debbie Neese. He was an avid Clemson fan and a member of Starr Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Chrissy Madden and her husband Lucky and Jessie Linker and her husband Stan; six grandchildren, Brent, Steven and Chase Madden, and Caide, Brody and Abby Linker; a brother, Brad Davis, sisters, Donna Manly and Terriann Smith; mother-in-law, Mildred Branyon and very close friends, Ray and Amelia Scruggs. The Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverends Tony Howell and Ken Whitt officiating. A private burial will follow the funeral service. The family is at the residence and will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 11, 2013, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
