Born in Anderson, SC on March 30, 1951. For over 20 years, he was employed at Sew Simple in Fountain Inn and he was a member of Clearview Baptist Church in Anderson.Survivors include his wife, Carol G. Freeman; father, Jim E. Freeman; mother, Betty A. Freeman; daughter, April Michele Freeman of Williamston; son, Steven Russell Freeman of Anderson; granddaughter, Kayla Michele Baker; brother, R. Neil Freeman and sister, Debra Bridges.A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 4:00 pm at New Silver Brook Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Dr. Jack Couch.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Anderson Free Clinic, P.O.
