Pearson of Starr, SC and the late Billy Herbert Pearson, Sr. He was employed with Vanguard Industries and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.Survivors include his mother, Mazie J. Pearson of the home; two brothers, Billy Pearson and James Earl 'Jet' Pearson, both of Anderson, SC; uncles, James Morrow of Summerville, GA and Harry Eugene Pearson of Lynchburg, VA.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2005 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Ray Thompson. Interment will follow in Mountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Anderson, SC.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
