Sudie Louise McBride Ertzberger, 82, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born July 15, 1935 in Iva, SC, she was a daughter of the late James Otis McBride and Fannie Mae Lawton McBride. She was a graduate of Iva High School and Anderson Hospital School of Nursing. She was a nurse for over 30 years at Anderson Memorial Hospital Emergency Room and was a member of First Baptist Church of Iva. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Charlene Ertzberger, grandson, Jacob Thomas Ertzberger; brother, James Ralph McBride; sisters, Mae Belle Latham, Bonnie Lou Chambers and Pearline Bobo and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ertzberger; brother, Ray Hampton McBride and sister, Nancy Gail McBride and her grandsons, Evan and Ethan. The graveside service will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at New Silver Brook Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Gray officiating.
