Sylvia Sue Hollingsworth Bratcher, age 85, formerly of Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, at Hart Care Center.

She was born on August 21, 1939, in Anderson, SC, and was one of eight children of the late William Thomas Ladd and Verdie Celeste Whitman Ladd. She was also preceded in death by her husband J.B. Hollingsworth.

Sue was a graduate of McDuffie High School and formerly worked for Owens Corning Fiberglas. She was of the Church of God faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hollingsworth Mainville; grandchildren, Matthew Pratt, Lisa Pratt, Brian Pratt, and Joshua Mainville; and 3 great grandchildren.

A private family committal will be held at New Silver Brook Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
