Susan Smith, 72, of Anderson, SC passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Regency Hospital in Greenville. Born January 30, 1946 in Camden, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Garfield Danenhower and the late Dorothy Whiteway Danenhower. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Wilson Smith. She is survived by her son, Lance Smith of Cambridge, MA; brother, Garfield "Woody" Danenhower and sister, Phyllis "Lissie" Fowler. The family will have a private service at a later date.
