SYLVIA BELMORE May 14, 1948 - July 24, 2012 ANDERSON, SC Sylvia Christine Belmore, age 64, wife of Paul Roy Belmore, of 110 Spring Hill Road, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at her residence. Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Roy Gillespie and the late Rosemary Christine Jenkins Gillespie. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of NewSpring Church. In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by a son, Brian Berg of Boiling Springs and a daughter, Kay Drake, of Anderson; and four grandchildren, Justin Medlock, Daniel Ellison, David Berg and John-Wesley Berg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at The McDougald Funeral Home from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM; the Funeral service will follow at 11 AM in the Chapel with Pastor Roberto Rivera officiating. Interment will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Home for Children, 110 Calvary Home Circle, Anderson, SC 29621.
