Tammy Renee Williford, age 52, of 203 Lakewood Drive, went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, May 2, 2015, when she passed away at Rainey Hospice House. Born in Hartwell, GA on July 1, 1962, she was the daughter of Virginia "Va." Crump, and her step-father of 38 years Bill J. Crump, of the residence. She had a wonderful relationship with her loving father, the late Sam L. Williford. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Lavonia, GA. Tammy was a very loving, kind and giving person who loved Jesus. She wrote little notes to Jesus every day. The funeral service to celebrate and honor the life of Tammy Williford will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at 12 p.m. at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Parnell and Rev. Herman Milner officiating. Interment will be held at a later time at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
