She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Jeremy and Kevin Ethridge; step-daughter, Sonya Lancaster; stepsons, Shane, Mike and Billy Ethridge; brother, Dusty Vickery; sisters, Joan Richey, Kay Adams and Vicki Floyd; three grandchildren, Taylor Lancaster, Kristin Fortson and Kayla Ethridge. Terri was excited about the birth of two expected grandchildren.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm with the Funeral Service following at 3:30 pm in the Chapel officiated by the Reverend Sam Duncan. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
