Helen Tereesse Flint, age 67, of Liberty, SC, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at her home.

Born June 13, 1957, in Bethesda, MD, she was a daughter of the late James Edward Hitt and Helen Staszkiw Hitt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Craig Flint; best friend and father of her children, Waymon Harbin, Sr.; and brother, Jimmy Hitt.

Terry was retired from the Department of the Treasury. She was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her children, Dori Dickson (Brian), Teressa Harbin, Stevie Harbin (Michelle), Billy Harbin, and Ashley Ranae Shontere (Vince); brother, John Hitt (Ethel); sister, Mary Ann Bearden (Joey); grandchildren, Ethan Harbin(Shelby), Jace Dickson (Kensleigh), Grant Harbin (Marisa), and Will Harbin; 7 great grandchildren; and lifelong special friend found in Johnny Morris.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery in Oak Grove, VA.
