Terry Alan Sorrow, age 64, of Louisville, KY, formally of Anderson, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Hosparus Hospice of Louisville, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Greenville, SC on December 31, 1951, he was the son of the late Carl F. Sorrow, Sr., and the late Doris Smith Sorrow. Mr. Sorrow was a graduate of Lamar University and was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church in Anderson. Terry loved and enjoyed his family very much. Survivors include a brother, Frank Sorrow and his wife, Sandy, of Belton, SC; a sister, Ann S. Morton and her husband, D.J., of Louisville, KY; a sister-in-law, Roberta Sorrow, of Belton; an aunt, Sallie Calvert of Louisville, KY; also surviving are eight nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by a brother, J. Michael Sorrow. A funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Terry Sorrow will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Alex Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
