Thelma Ruth Cothran Trammell, beloved wife of William V. Trammell for 56 years, departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 21, 2005. Thelma was born August 16, 1022 in the Possum Kingdom community of Greenville County to the late Christie F. and Eunice Uldrick Cothran. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children: daughter Ramelle T. Coker (Devon) of Turbeville, sons Steve and Mark of Anderson and Andy (Lil)of Coto de Caza, CA; one brother Floyd Andrew Cothran and wife Midge of Pelzer; two sisters-in-law Sue and Sara Cothran of Williamston, eight grandchildren, three nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by two brothers, W. Frank Cothran and Christie F. Cothran, Jr. of Williamston, and one grandson, Matthew T. Zimmerman of Sumter, SC.
