ANDERSON, SC'Mr. Thomas Burdette, age 72, husband of Patsy Powell Burdette of 110 Lullwater Parkway, Anderson, SC died Friday, January 27, 2006 at Hospice of the Upstate, Anderson, SC.Born in Anderson County on January 6, 1934, Mr. Burdette was a son of the late Henry Clay Burdette and the late Louise Landress Burdette. He retired from Clark-Schwebel and was also a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean Conflict.Mr. Burdette is survived by his wife, Patsy Burdette of the home; a son, Scott A. Burdette of the home; two brothers, Frank Burdette of Central, SC and Alton Burdette of Anderson, SC; and one sister, Alma Burdette of Yakima, WA.In addition to his parents, Mr. Burdette was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Clay Burdette, Jr. The family is at the home.
