Thomas Kennon Firth, age 83, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Rainey Hospice House.

Born December 16, 1942, in Anderson County, SC, he was the son of the late Thomas Charles Firth and Evelyn Burris Firth. He was married to Linda Rebecca "Becky" Hawkins Firth until her death in 2019.

Ken was retired from Electrolux and enjoyed gardening, working out, and classic cars. He loved his family deeply and had a special love for his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters, Linda Firth Clark and Darlene Firth Whited (Shane) both of Anderson; sister, Faye Williams (Dwight) of Pendleton; grandchildren, Matthew Clark (Emily), SSG Joseph Clark (Tori), Timothy Clark (Amber), Katie Richey, Brianna Whited, and Ella Whited; and 8 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Robbie Smith and Rev. Dwayne Peeples officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621.
