Thomas Ronald Hodgetts, 83, of Belton, SC, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2020 at his home. Born February 16, 1937 in Winton Township, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas and Doris Hodgetts. Thomas was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Goodman Conveyor Company and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Carol Marlene Reynolds Hodgetts; daughters, Laurie Griffin (Tim) of Pinehurst, NC and Linda Hodgetts of Greer, SC; grandchildren, Adam Lollis (Jessica), Meghan Griffin, Matthew Griffin, Dylan Bishop and William Bishop; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Hodgetts; and sisters, Joan Miletta and Shirley DiCindio. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:00 am at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
