Thomas F. Johnson, age 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Rainey Hospice House. Born November 15, 1946, in Seneca, he was a son of the late James Johnson and Delphia Chappell Johnson. Tommy enjoyed time spent on the lake and with his family. He was an avid Clemson Tigers fan and his hobbies included fishing and playing the guitar. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Pendleton. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Campbell Johnson; son, Jeremy Johnson (Brittany) of Anderson; daughter, Amanda Setzer (Jeffery) of Pendleton; brothers, Jack Johnson (Kathy), Lewis Johnson (Cathy), and William Johnson all of Anderson; sisters, Linda Rice of Clemson, Mary Alton of Easley, Margaret Hanks of Anderson, and Betty McClane of Aiken; grandchildren, Jessica Turner (Tariq), Addyson, Carly, and Thomas; and great grandchildren, Nathan, Ryleigh, Laila, and Salea. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda Johnson Lewis. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Jennifer McClung Rygg officiating.
