Mr. Scarborough retired from Abney Mills and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Anderson.He is survived by his daughter, Lucy Scarborough, of West Columbia, SC, and was the last surviving member of his immediate family.Mr. Scarborough was predeceased by his parents; his beloved wife of fifty three years, Valma Chambers Scarborough; two brothers; and three sisters.A Graveside Service will be held at 3pm on Monday, December 13, 2010, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park conducted by Dr. James R. Thomason.
