Jesse Timothy Eaves, age 64, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Anderson County, on November 26, 1951, he was the son of the late Jesse Edward Eaves and the late Lillian Lewis Eaves. He was a 1970 graduate of Crescent High School. He worked for more than 15 years in the Gun Department of White Jones Hardware Store. Tim was very active in setting up big game hunts all over the world. He enjoyed growing roses, classical music, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple. He is survived by his loving wife, Rita Dickerson Eaves; his daughters, Kara Eaves Waters and her husband Chad, of Anderson, and Karisa Eaves Bruce and her husband Gerrad; a special nephew, Sean McKinney and his wife Lori; a brother, Randy L. Eaves, of Anderson, SC; and a sister, Jan E. Whitaker and her husband Mark, all of Anderson, SC; four grandchildren, Jesse and Eric Waters, William Bruce, and Christopher McKinney; and many other beloved nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie E. Eaves; and a sister, Donna Eaves McKinney The Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. with Reverend Josh Hunt officiating. The family will be at the residence, and will receive friends immediately following the service on Sunday, at the funeral home.
