William Thomas "Tom" Napier, Jr., age 68, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2015 at his residence. Born in Columbia, SC on May 16, 1947, he was the son of the late William Thomas Napier, Sr. and the late Florence Enoree Young Napier. He was a graduate of Clemson University and worked as a District Manager with the Social Security Administration in Anderson, SC. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Dianne Napier; sons, Ryan Dale Harris, of Knoxville, TN, and Justin Ross Harris and his wife Hayley, of Greenville, SC; a sister, Frances N. Miller, of Atlanta, GA; and a nephew, William Edward Miller.
