Tony Shane Clark, age 52, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.

Born November 25, 1972, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of Judy Dobson Hudson and Tony and Marianne Clark.

Tony served in the United States Army for 8 years, was an Army medic, and was a registered nurse with the Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA. He was a wonderful father who adored his children and was loved by so many in the community. He was a public servant for many years, dedicating his life to serving others. Tony loved being outdoors and was an avid fisherman. If he wasn't working, he was fishing! He will be remembered for his fun personality, kind heart, and willingness to care for all of those around him. His loss is deeply felt but the memories he left will last a lifetime.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Lane Dalton Clark and McKenzie Bennett Clark; brother, John Clark (Lisa); the mother of his children, Jennifer Clark; Nana and Granddaddy; nephews, Carsen and Zach Freeland; and niece, Merritt Clark.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Ellen Hudson and a niece, Jessie Freeland.

Tony's "Final Weigh-In" and celebration of this life will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 2:30 pm at Green Pond Landing & Event Center with Rev. Hunter Bond officiating.
