TONY SCOTT January 19, 1958 - January 23, 2013 Tony Ray Scott, age 55, of Anderson, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center Born in Anderson, he was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School. He was formerly employed with Ryan's Restaurant as a District Manager. Tony then became owner of the Nutty Sweet Shop and Tony's Sweet Shop until his retirement. He was an avid Clemson fan and was associated with the Anderson Area Touchdown Club. He is survived by his parents, Reuben Larry Scott and Mary Bailey Scott; his fianc, Diane Rhodes; his brothers, Dwayne Scott and his wife Charlene and Mike Scott and his wife Rita; his grandmother, Rosalee Scott; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved Chihuahua, Tiger. The Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend James Patterson officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of his parents, 304 Tillotson Road, Anderson, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 26, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
