VERA BRATNICHENKO Vera Romanuha Bratnichenko, age 93, of 700 Whiten Road, went to be with her Lord very peacefully with a smile upon her face on April 21, 2015. Born in Pushkarevka, Ukraine, she was the daughter of the late Leontiy and Nataliya Romanuha. Vera was a member of Summer of God Slavic Church. She is survived by her husband, Konstantin Bratnichenko of Westfield, MA; two sons, Pavel Bratnichenko and his wife, Nataliya, of Southampton, MA, and Vladimir Bratnichenko and his wife, Tatyana, of Westfield, MA; two daughters, Nadeshda Melnichuk and her husband Vassily, of Anderson, and Lyubov Tokarev and her husband, Roman, of Simpsonville, SC; also surviving are twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. Mrs. Bratnichenko was the last surviving member of her immediate family. The funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Vera Bratnichenko will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, with Rev. Peter Nestertsov officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence.
