Mrs. Vestener "Tina" Rich Wages, 89, died Friday morning, September 25, 2015. She was the daughter of the late J. B. and Henrietta Guest Rich. Mrs. Wages was born in Royston, Georgia on October 7th, 1925. Mrs. Wages was the wife of the late J. C. "Charlie" Wages. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church. Mrs. Wages is survived by seven children: Shirley Hart (Jim), Vivian Chambers, Brenda Wages, and Wanda McGuffin (Mike, "Minner"), James W. Wages (Sandra), Allen Wages, and Wayne Wages; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and three sisters: Mary Short, Paula Sullivan (Dan), and Olean McDaniel. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wages was preceded in death by a brother: William Rich; Infant twins: Etta and Mae Wages; a granddaughter: Donna Richardson; and one great grandson; Daniel Hendricks, Jr. A Graveside service will be held at 3:00pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Sunday, September 27, 2015 with the Rev. Furman Martin officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at The McDougald Funeral Home from 1:00-2:30pm.
