Virginia Dair Stewart Ms. Virginia Dair Stewart, 85, of Anderson, SC died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at An-Med Health Medical Center. She was the Co-Owner of Stewart's Fast Food on North Main Street in Anderson with her husband J.P. Stewart for many years. She was the daughter of the late B.O. and Mary Sue Teague Rippy and was born in Greenwood, SC on April 13, 1929. Surviving are her sons: John Stewart and wife Tereca and Don Crotts all of Anderson; three step children; a sister: Florence White of Lexington, NC; and four grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: J.P. Stewart; a son: Frank Crotts; a daughter-in-law: Brenda Crotts; a grandson: John Patrick Stewart; a sister: Joann Dodgen; and a brother: Frank Rippy. A funeral service will be held at The Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Dwight Green officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC. Flowers will be accepted as tributes. The Stewart family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 12:00-1:30 pm before the service.
