Virginia C. Timms Iva, SC Virginia C. Timms, age 81, of Iva, SC, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Iva, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Doyce "Bill" Campbell and the late Mary Virginia Taylor Campbell. She worked at the Iva Manufacturing Company for many years. Virginia was a member of the Iva Wesleyan Fellowship Church. She is survived by her daughters, Lillian V. Holland, of Anderson, SC, Georgia E. Bruce and Barbara A. Watkins, both of Iva, SC; two grandchildren, Sam Watkins and his wife Heather, of Iva, SC and Julie Bruce, of Savannah, GA; and four great-grandchildren, Cameron Watkins, Kaitlyn Strong, Evangeline Strong and Dominick Lavoie, all of Iva, SC In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Augustus Timms. The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Dwight Greene officiating. Interment will follow at the Iva Wesleyan Fellowship Church Cemetery. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
