Wanda Jean Phillips, age 65, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at NHC Healthcare Anderson.

Born October 21, 1959, in Athens, GA, she was a daughter of the late Don England and Eddie Mae Epps England. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald England. Wanda was the former owner of Tri-County Chevrolet in Royston, GA.

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Phillips and his wife, Julie of Anderson; sisters, Debbie Williamson (Dennis) of Hull, GA, Brenda Baker (Tommy) of Social Circle, GA, and Beverly Spencer of Hull, GA; granddaughter, Tatum Phillips of Hull, GA; and great granddaughter, Emberlynn Phillips.
