TEASLEYJuly 22,1923 - February 11,2007Mrs. Wendell Brock Teasley, age 83, passed away on February 11, 2007 at the Elizabeth House Hospice in Flat Rock , North Carolina.Born on July 22, 1923 in Fair Play, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Carl Brock and Minnie Patrick Brock. Mrs. Teasley retired from the garment industry after fifty years of service and was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church.Survivors include a daughter, Vivian T. Orr of Hendersonville, NC; two granddaughters, Jennifer O. Hunter of Hendersonville, NC and Heather O. Durall and her husband Tony Durall also of Hendersonville, NC; five great grandchildren: Joshua Holbert, Jackson Hunter, Jordan Hunter, Sebastian and Zoe Durall; two nephews: Randy Gilreath and his wife Sharon Gilreath of Oklahoma and Alfred Gilreath and his wife Kathy Gilreath also of Oklahoma.In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Fred O. Teasley; a son-in-law, Boyce E. Orr and a sister, Joyce Gilreath.The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 2:00 PM with the Reverend Brent Armstrong officiating.
