Wendell Irene "Wendy" Conner, age 76, of Inman, SC, loving wife to the late Melvin Ott Conner, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022. Born September 15, 1945, in Seneca, SC, she was the daughter of the late Harvey G. Houston and Frances Orr Houston. Wendy had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening as well as fishing. She is survived by her children, Stacey Lundberg (Scott), and Bryan Conner; sisters, Octavia McCormick, Shirley West, and Barbara King; and grandchild, Conner Huff. In addition to her parents, and husband, Melvin, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracey Conner Huff; and sister, Edna Ellenburg. There are no services planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any local Hospice of one's choice.
