Wilfred Byrum Anderson, SC Wilfred Byrum, age 76, passed away on July 22, 2014 at Fellowship Health and Rehab. Born in Iva, SC, he was the son of the late William McKinley Byrum and the late Nora Elgin Byrum. He attended Salem Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Judy McGill Byrum, a brother, Kent Byrum and his wife Laura, of Anderson, SC; a sister-in-law, Rachel Byrum, of Anderson; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters. The Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Charles Holland officiating. Interment will follow at Iva City Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends, prior to the service on Friday, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church, 1325 Salem Church Road, Anderson, SC 29622.
