Willa Mae Masterson, age 80, of Anderson, SC, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024, at the home of her daughter.

Born January 28, 1944, in Union, GA, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Joseph Collins and Nola Self Collins. She was also preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.

She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed baking, fishing, flowers, and gardening. Mae loved animals and teaching her Sunday School class at Cedar Hill Holiness Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Cox (Frank), Pat Neisess (Steve) and a son Phil Ray; two sisters, Hazel Daniel (Fred), and Lorraine Wise; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one expected great-grandson.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 5 pm until 7 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 2 pm at Cedar Hill Holiness Church, Six Mile, SC, with the Rev. Greg Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
