BRIDGESNovember 23, 1929 - May 27, 2011ANDERSON, SCMrs. Willeen Beulah Walls Bridges, age 81, formerly of Rexton Drive passed away at NHC of Anderson on Friday, May 27, 2011.Born in Anderson, SC, Willeen was a daughter of the late Rennie Walls and Dora Cheek Walls. She worked in textiles for many years until retirement. She was a faithful member of Trinity Springs Church of God and attended the Ladies Sunday School Class. While a member of Osborne Avenue Church of God, Willeen was a Sunday school teacher.She is survived by her children, Rennie Bridges and his wife, Tammy, and Kathy Hancock and her husband, Robbie, all of Anderson, SC; two brothers, DeWitt Walls and Rennie 'Bud' Walls, Jr., both of Anderson, SC; five sisters, Sue Walls, Claudia Stephens and Ella Gentry all of Anderson, SC and Peggy Brooks and Jean Webb both of Belton, SC; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband Bobby Bridges; a son, Bobby Ray Bridges; brother, Doyle Walls and a sister, Helen Burdette.The Funeral Service will be held on, Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 3:00PM at The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Scott Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.The family will be at the home of her daughter, 1004 Chantilly Lane, Anderson, SC and will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 28, 2011 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
