William Humphreys Farmer, Junior, born on October 25, 1954, went to his heavenly reward on December 1, 2023. He is survived by his sister, Mary Speed Farmer Lynch, and her husband, Manning Lynch of Spartanburg. He is also survived by his step son, Jonathan Seykora , his wife Katie, and their children. He is predeceased by his wife, Linda.

Bill returned to his hometown of Anderson in 2018, after having lived almost 40 years in Bakersfield California. He was able to spend time with his mother before her passing.

He enjoyed many Broadway Lake porch nights with good food, fun Anderson stories, friends, and family. He loved to hash over all things Anderson. His great joy was music, writing, and his membership at Rejuvenate Church. His health hindered his ability to participate in community endeavors. He would so love to have been active in historical and musical pursuits. Thankfully, his life now is full of peace, music, books, beloved friends and relatives.

His family would like to thank the wonderful people at Rejuvenate Church, who cared for him spiritually, and the army of AnMed professionals who cared for him physically. Also, a fine lady named Mona and other good friends who " loved their neighbor" so well.

A graveside service will be held at Old Silver Brook Cemetery on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 3:00 pm.
