Gibson, age 90, of Anderson, SC, died Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Richard Michael Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.Born in Iva, SC, Mr. Gibson was the son of the late Jim Gibson and Lola Gunter Gibson. He was retired from Orr Mill and a member of the River of Life Church of God. Mr. Gibson was a United States WWII Navy veteran.Survivors include his sister, Kathleen Gunter of Salisbury, NC and nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Edna Gibson, and his second wife, Grace Gibson and his brothers, Wade Gibson and Jim Gibson.The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at 3:00 pm at the River of Life Church of God officiated by Dr. Stoney Abercrombie. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Military Honors provided by Campbell Patriots Post 184.The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 ' 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 18, 2007.The family will be at their respective homes.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to River of Life Church of God, P.O.
