NEAL HAMMONDS October 5, 1960 - August 19, 2008ANDERSON, SCMr. William Neal Hammonds, age 47 of Anderson, died on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at his home.Born in Abbeville County, SC on October 5, 1960, Neal was a son of Marvin Lee Hammonds and Mary Ella Williams Hammonds. He was a graduate of McDuffie High School and was formerly employed as a Chef at various restaurants, namely The Hyatt in Greenville. He had a true appreciation of art, especially drawing and sculpturing.In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters, Juanita Maness and Susan Sawyer; brothers, Frankie Hammonds and Brian Hammonds; and one niece and several nephews, all of Anderson.A time of reflection of Neal's life and art will be held at The McDougald Family Center, 2303 N. Main Street, on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
