WILLIAM HAROLD HUDGENS September 5, 1935 - June 24, 2006ANDERSON, SCMr. William Harold Hudgens, age 70, husband of Nancy Davis Hudgens of 418 Nursery Lane, died Saturday, June 24, 2006 at his residence following an extended illness. Born on September 5, 1935 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Harold and Bertie Lee Martin Hudgens. He was a retired supervisor with Equinox/Glen Raven Mills after 37 years of service.Surviving in addition to his wife of 50 years are sons, Joey Hudgens and his wife, Sandra and Curtis Hudgens and his wife, Debby, both of Anderson; and a daughter, Janet Hill and her husband, Jerry of Townville. Grandchildren, Kim Blackwell, Leon Hudgens, JoJo Hudgens, Brandon Hudgens, Jonathon Hill, Hannah Hill, Priscilla Hill, Josiah Hill, Samuel Hill and Abigail Hill; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy, Truman and Dan Hudgens, a sister, Shirley Smith, all of Anderson and a 'special' brother-in-law, Darvin Davis, Jr., of Anderson.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, a brother, Michael James Hudgens.A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 11:00 am at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Anderson conducted by the Reverends Jerry Hill and Joey Hudgens.
