William "Scott" Johnson Townville, SC William "Scott" Johnson, age 58, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in San Diego, CA, he was the son of Jennie Johnson, of Townville, and the late Samuel Jackson Johnson. He was a truck driver with his family's business, Johnson Trucking, for many years. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his significant other, Grace Carbone; two sons, William Scott Johnson, Jr., of Townville, SC and Shan Del Johnson, of Greenwood, SC; a brother, Sam Del Johnson, of Loganville, GA; and a granddaughter, Savannah Taylor Johnson, of Pendleton, SC. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Walton Johnson and a grandmother, Freeda Powell. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. with Reverend Robbie Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The family will be at the residence.
