William McKinley Jordan, Jr., age 91, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021, at his home.
Born June 11, 1930, in Groton, CT, he was the son of the late William M. Jordan and Mary Esther Daniels Jordan.
Bill was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during both the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He retired from the Air Force after 21 years with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Following his military career, he began working with Southern Moulding where he was the Vice President of Operations. Bill was a member of Hiram Lodge #6 in Anderson, was a founding member of Pine Castle #368 in Pine Castle, FL, and was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Angel D. Vernon; daughter, Dawn Marie Mouledoux of New Orleans, LA; daughter-in-law, Maria Jordan; grandchildren, Kelsey Jordan, Amanda Jordan, and Gabriel J. Mouledoux IV (Molly); great grandchildren, Frances Prim Mouledoux and Virginia Vernon Mouledoux; sister, Shirley Yoder (Wilbur); and sister-in-law, Judy Jordan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, William Kurt Jordan; and brother, Wayne R. Jordan.
