William Joel Moore, 83, of Bowman Ave., passed away into the arms of our Lord, on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Bill was the son of the late Alex Moore and Nellie Reed Moore. He was of the Holiness faith. Bill attended Nell Townsend Presbyterian Church in Anderson. Survivors include his son William Moore, Jr.; his siblings, Dorothy Wilbanks, Ronnie Moore and his wife Tammy, and Evelyn Green, and her husband Bobby. Also surviving are his loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Linda Moore; brothers, Jack, Rayford, and John Dennis Moore; and sister, Rosa Ashworth. Friends and family may pay respects by signing the guest register on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 10 am - 4 pm at the McDougald Funeral Home. The service will be Friday, January 29, 2021 at 2 pm at the McDougald Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Jack Arnold and Rev. Jimmy Cash will officiate with a private burial at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
