He retired from Sunbeam Bread Company after 30 years of service and most recently worked for AM-CAN Transport. He was a United States Army Vietnam War Veteran and a member of the Hoyt Masonic Lodge #322 in Belton. Survivors include his son, Scotty Stukes and his beloved 'pet grandchildren', Bullet, Little Man and Pee Wee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and Dennis Stukes.A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 11:00 am at New Silverbrook Cemetery, officiated by Dr. Ron Fousek followed by Military and Masonic Rites.
