WILLIE MAE ADAMSANDERSON, SC ' Willie Mae Burgesss Adams, age 91, of 3217 Keys Street, passed away at her home.Born in Anderson, SC, on March 5, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Tom Burgess and Rossie Burgess. She retired from the textiles industry having been employed at Orr Mill for many years. Mrs. Adams was a member of Homeland Park Baptist Church.Survivors include her son, David Adams of Myrtle Beach; sisters: Irene Wilson of Anderson, Ethel Burton of Shelby, NC, and Vera Cromer of Charlotte, NC; brothers: Fred Burgess and T.C. Burgess, both of Anderson. Also surviving is one grandson, Matthew Adams of Myrtle Beach.A Graveside Service will be held a t 11 am on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
