WILLIE "BILLY" FLOYD December 19, 1934 - August 8, 2013 TOWNVILLE, SC Willie "Billy" Ervin Floyd, age 78, of Townville, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at his residence. Born in Oconee, SC, he was the son of the late Yance Floyd and the late Mary Hembree. Billy had retired from Industrial Bonding after many years of service. He had also worked at Stretch Associates for several years. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Bobbie Floyd; a son, Ricky D. Floyd and his wife Teresa Kinley; a daughter, Debbie Dorsey and her husband Clint; a sister, Kathleen Shedd, of Walhalla, SC and Evelyn Barrows, of NC; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Joe, Hamp, Troy, Wilton and R.A.; and five sisters, Sarah Isabell, Ruby Sanders, Hazel Woolbright, Essie Mae Floyd and Mary Floyd. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 11, 2013, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the residence, 8214 Hwy 24, Townville, SC 29689.
