Mr. Hammonds is survived by his wife, Mary Bridges Hammonds of the home; son, Luke Hammonds of the home; two daughters: Jane Powell and husband, Jim, and Cindy Patterson; mother-in-law, Mildred 'Granny' Bridges; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
